It was the first iteration of what became Early Reflections in 2023, and Magic Display today.
The intention hasn't changed over the years: to shine a light on talented DJs and producers across generations, and to share a carefully picked selection with those looking for new music discoveries.
Trace A Line released 147 exclusive mixes between 2009 and 2016, recorded by artists spanning a wide range of electronic music. Some of the guests were already established names, others have become so since: Fred P, Chloé, Nicolas Lutz, Gilb'r, Scratch Massive, Maya Jane Coles, Roman Flügel…
After the site closed in 2016, these recordings remained unavailable online for several years, until they were gradually reuploaded to SoundCloud from 2023. Most of them can now be listened to above, while around thirty could not be recovered.

La plupart des mixes de la série sont aujourd'hui de nouveau disponibles pour écoute ci-dessus, mais une trentaine n'ont malheureusement pas pu être retrouvés.
